What we keep

• Your company's records: stores, sales, fuel, inventory, customers, vendors, employees and the books.
• Sign-in details for you and your staff (passwords are stored only as one-way hashes).
• Location from the staff app only when an employee taps Clock in, Clock out or Sign in to a register, to check they are at the store. The app does not track location in the background.
• Requests sent from this website (name, business, email, phone).

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
• We do not store card numbers: card payments go through your own processor and terminal.

Your data

Each company's data is kept separate. Owners can export reports and timesheets at any time and ask us to delete their account.
